Basic considerations when choosing a domain name are as follows, primarily the main two domain name suffixes used within the UK are .com and .co.uk with the only real difference being .com as they need renewing on a yearly basis and cost slightly more than a .co.uk domain name which only need renewing renewing every 2 years.
